บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการที่แท้จริงที่จะใช้สารนิเทศในการบริหารงานโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามของผู้บริหารระดับอำเภอและจังหวัดในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ตลอดจนศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคของการใช้สารนิเทศและเสนอแนวทางการจัดระบบสารนิเทศในการบริหารงานโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ <br />
ประชากรในการวิจัย คือ ศึกษาธิการอำเภอและศึกษาธิการจังหวัดในจังหวัดยะลา ปัตตานี นราธิวาส สตูล จำนวน 40 คน ได้สำรวจสารนิเทศที่ผู้บริหารต้องการใช้ในการบริหารงานด้วยแบบสอบถามแล้วนำมาผลการสำรวจดังกล่าวมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อคัดเลือกรายการสารนิเทศโดยใช้เกณฑ์ที่มีจำนวนผู้ต้องการร้อยละ 60 ขึ้นไปมาจัดสร้างเป็นระบบฐานข้อมูลแยกเป็นแฟ้มต่างๆ 6 แฟ้ม โดยใช้โปรแกรม dNASE III plus ซึ่งได้เขียนโปรแกรมเพื่อจัดทำเป็นระบบสารนิเทศที่ผู้บริหารเรียกใช้ได้สะดวกและผู้ปฏิบัติงานทำการได้ง่ายขึ้น โปรแกรมดังกล่าวได้ทำการทดสอบการใช้งานและสาธิตการใช้พร้อมทั้งให้ผู้เข้าดูการสาธิต<br />
ประเมินผลซึ่งสรุปได้ว่าทุกฝ่ายมีความเห็นตรงกันว่าการทำระบบสารนิเทศโดยการนำคอมพิวเตอร์มาใช้งานนั้นมีประสิทธิภาพมากกว่าระบบเดิมที่จัดทำไว้
The purposes of this research were to investigate the actual needs for and the problems of utilizing information in school administrator by the district and provincial educational administrators of the Private Islamic Religious Schools in four southern border provinces: Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat and Satun ; and to propose recommendations for designing an information system using computer as a tool. The populations taken for this research consisted of 40 cases : 3G district education administrators and 4 provincial educational administrators of the said provinces.<br />
The researcher surveyed the information in administrator by using questionnaires, analyzed it as to opt for the information with a 60% and more needed by the populations, and then created a database with 6 files, using dBASE III plus package program. The files were as follows. 1. School.dbf 2. Building.dbf 3. Inpro.dbf 4. Inper.dbf 5. Inlearn.dbf 6. Inlearr.dbf<br />
The researcher wrote programs to make the information system usable for administrators and easy for the information professionals to use. The programs were tried and ovaluated by the group of the information professionals. The finding of this research is that the new computer ? based information system is more productive than the old non computer ? based system.<br />
