บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
<dd>การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ <br /><br />
1.เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการใช้หลักสูตรอิสลามศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น พ.ศ.2535 ตามทัศนะของบุคลากรในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม <br /><br />
2.เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับปัญหาการใช้หลักสูตรอิสลามระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น พ.ศ.2535 <br /><br />
3.เพื่อรวบรวมความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะในการแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้หลักสูตรอิสลามศึกษา ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น พ.ศ.2535 <br /><br />
<dd>กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นบุคลากรในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 284 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที ค่าเอฟ <br /><br />
<dd>ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ <br /><br />
1.ปัญหาการใช้หลักสูตรในภาพรวมและเป็นรายด้านทั้ง 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล และด้านการจัดกิจกรรมนักเรียน ในภาพรวมมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีปัญหาด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอนมากที่สุด <br /><br />
2.บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนสอนศาสนาอิสลามศึกษา เป็นรายด้านทั้ง 5 ด้านและในภาพรวม จำแนกตามสถานภาพ วุฒิการศึกษาไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน มีทัศนะต่อปัญหาการใช้หลักสูตร ในด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านการจัดกิจกรรมนักเรียนแตกต่างกัน ส่วนบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนขนาดต่างกัน มีทัศนะต่อปัญหาในการใช้หลักสูตร ในด้านบุคลากร ด้านการวัดผลประเมินผล ในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน <br /><br />
3.ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะในการแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้หลักสูตร สรุปได้ว่า ด้านบุคลากร รัฐบาลควรจัดส่งข้าราชการครูมาช่วยสอนให้เพียงพอกับจำนวนนักเรียนและให้ครบทุกรายวิชา ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน รัฐควรลดเนื้อหาบางรายวิชาเพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับเวลา และควรจัดอบรมเทคนิควิธีการสอนแก่ครูสอนศาสนา ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน รัฐควรจัดสรรงบประมาณเพิ่มเติมในการจัดซื้อสื่ออุปกรณ์การสอนและหนังสือประจำห้องสมุดทั้งวิชาสามัญและวิชาศาสนา ด้านการวัดผลประเมินผล รัฐควรจึดฝึกอบรมครูผู้สอนศาสนา ในเรื่องการวัดผลประเมินตามหลักสูตร และด้านการจัดกิจกรรมนักเรียน รัฐควรจัดให้มีศูนย์วิชาการเข้าไปดูแล แนะนำการจัดกิจกรรมนักเรียนตามหลักสูตร หรือจัดฝึกอบรมครูผู้สอนในเรื่องการจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆตามที่หลักสูตรกำหนด
The purposes of this research are (1) to study the problems in implementing the Islamic studies curriculum of the lower secondary <br />
<br />
level, B.E. 2535, as viewed by the personnel of the Private Islamic Religious schools; (2) to compare the levels of these problems; and <br />
<br />
(3) to callect suggestions on solving the problems. The samples of the study are the personnel of 50 Private Islamic Religious schools <br />
<br />
in the Educational Region 2, who implemented the curriculum from the academic year 2535 to 2537. the 284 samples comprise 22 <br />
<br />
administrators, 110 goverment teaching personnel and contract teachers of general subjects, and 152 contract teachers of Islamic <br />
<br />
studies. The research instrument is questionnaire consisted of three main part : part 1 is for the demographic information of the school <br />
<br />
personnel, part 2 is for the problems in implementing the curriculum, and part 3 for the suggestions on solving the problems. The <br />
<br />
statistical analyses of the data reveal the results by percentage, means, standard deviation, t0test and F-test. The research findings <br />
<br />
are concluded as the following.<br />
1. in general, the problems in implementing the Islamic studies curriculum of the lower secondary level, B.E. 2535, concerning <br />
<br />
personnel, teaching-learning process, instructional media, measurement and evaluation, and management of student activities and <br />
<br />
moderate.<br />
2. The personnel in the Private Islamic Religious schools of different size view the problems in implementing the curriculum differently <br />
<br />
in general. With regard to each problem, the personnel in the small and medium-sized schools are different in their opinions towards <br />
<br />
the problems on personnel and measurement and evaluation. The ones with less than 10 years and over 10 years of experience view <br />
<br />
the problems on teaching-learning process and management of student activities differently.<br />
3. The suggestions on solving the problems in implementing thr curriculum of the personnel in the Private Islamic Religious schools are summarized. The Government should provide adequate number of government teaching personnel for the students and for every academic subject. In the teaching-learning process, there should be a reduction of the content some subjects to fit the time allotted and also a training on teaching techniques to the Islamic teachers. For instructional media, there subject and religious subjects. On measurement and evaluation in the curriculum, there should be a training for the Islamic teachers. To manage student activities, there should be a center to supervise curricular activities, or a training for teachers on the management of curricular activities. |
