กลุ่มตัวอย่าง บิดา มารดา หรือมารดาที่มีบุตรอายุ 1-10 ขวบที่อยู่ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองปัตตานี เครื่องมือแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรม SPSS ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปร ค่าความสัมพันธ์ร้อยละแรกเริ่ม ค่าความสัมพันธ์ร้อยละแยกส่วน ทดสอบสมมุติฐานโดยใช้สถิติไค-สแควร์
ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
1. ตัวแปรความรู้ด้านสุขภาพ พฤติกรรมการรักษาพยาบาลเด็กไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับชาติพันธ์ของแต่ละกลุ่ม และไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับจำนวนบุตร
2. ตัวแปรชาติพันธุ์ พฤติกรรมการรักษาพยาบาลเด็กไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับการศึกษาของมารดา รายได้ของครอบครัว ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพ การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงของการเกิดโรค การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของการเกิดโรค การรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการรักษาหรือรับรู้อุปสรรคของการรักษา
This research is intended (1) to investigate relationship between family component and child health care behavior, (2) to investigate the health care behavior of both Thai Buddhists and Thai Muslim and (3) to compare Thai Buddhists?? and Thai Muslim? health beliefs. The study examines (1) nine independent variables which are ethnic group, mother?s level of education, health knowledge, family income, number of children, perceived susceptibility to diseases, perceived severity of diseases, perceived benefits of treatment and perceived barriers to treatment, (2) one dependent variable which is health care behavior, and (3) two control variables which are, firstly, ethnic group and, secondly, health knowledge.
The subjects of this study are parents or mothers of children age 1-10 years old, who reside within the municipality of Pattani. The total number of subjects is 170. The instruments designed by the researcher consist of four parts. Part I deals with the respondents? background information. Part II concerns ethnic group and health care. Part III deals with health beliefs, and Part IV deals with health care behavior. The date is analyzed for percentages through the SPSS/PC+ computer program. The correlation between variable s is established through the ?original percentage difference (%d) and the ?partial percentage difference? (P%d). Chi-squire is used to test the hypotheses, in light of the data collected.
The findings are as follows:
1. When the variable ?health knowledge? is controlled, child health care behavior is found to have no correlation with ethnic group, nor with number of children.
2. When the variables ?ethnic group? is controlled, child have care behavior is found to have no correlation with mother?s level of education, family income, health knowledge, perceived susceptibility to diseases, perceived severity of diseases, perceived benefits of treatment, nor perceived barrier to treatment.
