บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
<dd>การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาความต้องการและความสนใจด้านนันทนาการของเยาวชน และปัญหาการจัดดำเนินการด้านนันทนาการของศูนย์เยาวชนและหน่วยงานพัฒนาเยาวชน ใน 5 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ คือ สตูน, สงขลา, ปัตตานี, ยะลา และนราธิวาสเพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการจัดและดำเนินการกิจกรรมนันทนาการให้ตรงความต้องการของเยาวชน และการวิงแผนพัฒนาบุคลากรและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ถูกต้องเหมาะสม<br /><br />
<dd>กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เยาวชนที่มาใช้บริการนันทนาการ เจ้าหน้าที่ประจำศูนย์ เครื่องมือแบบสอบถามเชิงสำรวจ และแบบสัมภาษณ์ <br /><br />
<dd>ผลการวิจัยพบว่า<br /><br />
1. ความต้องการและความสนใจในด้านนันทนาการของเยาวชนพบว่า ในระดับมากคือ กิจกรรมกีฬา เกม และการออกกำลังกาย และกิจกรรมแข่งขัน เช่นกีฬา เกม เยาวชนมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อความสนุกสนานเพลิดเพลิน ส่งเสริมการใช้เวลาว่าง เพื่อพักผ่อนย่อยใจ ส่งเสริมสุขภาพ วันที่เหมาะสมในการประกอบกิจกรรมนันทนาการคือ วันเสาร์ อาทิตย์ ประกอบกิจกรรมเฉลี่ยสัปดาห์ละ 4 ชั่วโมง<br /><br />
2. การจัดและการดำเนินการพบว่า ความสนใจในด้านนันทนาการของเยาวชนในระดับมากคือ กิจกรรมกีฬา เกม และการออกกำลังกาย และกิจกรรมแข่งขัน เช่นกีฬา เกม มีวัตถุประสงค์ส่งเสริมการใช้เวลาว่าง ส่งเสริมความสามัคคี และเพื่อความสนุกสนานเพลิดเพลิน<br /><br />
3. ปัญหาในการจัดและดำเนินการด้านนันทนาการ พบว่าปัญหาคือไม่สามารถจัดกิจกรรมที่หลากหลายได้ สถานที่จัดไม่เป็นสัดส่วนและไม่เหมาะสมกับประเภทกิจกรรม ไม่สามารถให้เยาวชนใช้อุปกรณ์ได้ในวันเวลาที่ต้องการ มีบุคลากรและเจ้าหน้าที่ไม่เพียงพอ<br /><br />
ผลการดำเนินงานด้านนันทนาการ พบว่าเยาวชนมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก 3 อันดับแรก คือด้านกิจกรรม ด้านสถานที่ที่ใช่จัดกิจกรรม ด้านบุคลากรและเจ้าหน้าที่ ส่วนมีความพึงพอใจในระดับปานกลาง คือ ด้านอุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก<br /><br />
5. ผลการเปรียบเทียบด้านความต้องการและความสนใจด้านกิจกรรมนันทนาการของเยาวชน พบว่าส่วนใหญ่ศูนย์เยาวชนและหน่วยงานจัดได้ตรงกับความต้องการและความสนใจของเยาวชน ส่วนวัตถุประสงค์ในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของเยาวชนส่วนใหญ่ตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดและดำเนินการกิจกรรมนันทนาการของศูนย์เยวชนหรือหน่วยงานพัฒนาเยาวชน
This research was intended to investigate the youth's needs of and in recreation, and the problems of recreation organization and management by the youth centers and youth development units in five southern border provinces: Satun, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat, so that guidelines for future organization and management of responsible personnel and agencies could be properly set. <br />
The subjects of this study were the youth who got access to the recreational services as well as the officals at the youth centers or youth development unit. The total number of the subjects was 480. The research instrument consisted of a survey questionnaire and an interview schedule. The survey questionnaire consisted of two set. The first set which was administered to the youth was a questionnaire on the youth's recreation needs and interests. The second set which was administrered to the officails of the youth centers or youth development units was a questionnaire on the recreation organization and management. The interview schedule consisted of questions aimed at eliciting problems and suggestions pertaining to the organization and management of recreational activities. 439 questionnaires (91.46%) were returned.<br />
The findings were as follows: <br />
1. With respect to recreation needs and interests, it was found that sports, games and exercises, and other competative activities were what the youth highly needs and wanted the youth centers or youth development units to organize. The youth's participation objectives were to have fun, to spend their free time wisely, to relax, and to enhance heaith and fitness. The reasons why they participated in the activities at the youth centers or youth development units were that deemed such activities advantageous, that they had free time, and that the centers or units could ofter activities to their interests. The majority of the youth preferred to take part in the activities on Saturdays and Sundays for an averege of two hours a day.<br />
2. With respect to organization and management of recreational activities, it was found that sports, games and exercises, and competitive activities were most frequently organized by the youth centers or youth development units. Their objectives were to encourage the youth to spend their free time wisely, to promote group unity, and to create joy and relaxation among the youth.<br />
3. With respect to problems of recreation organization and management, it was found that the youth centers or youth development units could not offer optional activities to the youth's divers interest, that the sports sites were not in good proportion and not suitable for each type of activities, that the youth could not get access to the centers' or units' sport equipment and services at their requested time, and that the centers or units lacked personnel or officials to service the youth. <br />
4. With respect to service management, it was found that the youth were highly satisfied with the activities offered, the sites provided, and the performances of the personnel and officials. However, they were moderately satisfied with the equipment and facilities provided.<br />
5. On comparing the youth's recreation needs and interests with the youth centers' and youth development units' recreation organization and management, it was found that most activities which were organization and offered by the centers or units met the interests and fulfilled the needs of the youth, and that the youth's participation objectives corresponded with the centers' and the units' objectives in organizing and managing recreational activities. |
