บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
This research and development aimed to develop the innovation of integration of Innovation diffusion and public relations for Bandit Arsa to develop awareness and understanding in problem solving and developing the southern most provinces under the Southern Border Provinces Administrative Center (SBPAC). It was conducted through participation among stakeholders and contributors namely government personnel, Bandit Arsa, citizens and professionals of public relations and technology. Data were collected using surveys, interviews, discussions, training and practicality. The descriptive analysis, PNI values analysis and content analysis were used for the data analysis. The findings indicated the STCRIE model of integration of innovation diffusion and public relation - which consisted of: Setting referred to the preparation of necessary key elements in diffusion of innovation and public relation process for Bandit Arsa. The key elements included Team (T-Team), Communication channels (C-Channel), Support of facility and management (S-Support) and volunteers in leading changes of Bandit Arsa (R-Representative). Training was the training and developing important skills for particular person who took responsibility in each task i.e., communication skill, public speaking skill, media and content productions skill and etc. Creating was media and content production or the ability to change the available information in form of documents into any kind of interesting electronic media related to daily life, health, education, job and any special occasion. Relationship was to build up with the community during the process of integration. Integration of innovation diffusion and public relations was the strategic management and action in the community. Evaluation was to perform every single step to solve any defects in each process and the evaluation after completing all the processes to summarize the result of innovation diffusion. |
