บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
วัตถุประสงค์ของการประเมินผลโครงการในครั้งนี้ เพื่อประเมินความรู้ ความเข้าใจ การนำไปใช้เกี่ยวกับสาธารณสุข ตลอดจนประเมินทัศนะคติของคณะกรรมการอิสลามประจำมัสยิด เเละสัปบุรุษที่มีต่อวิทยากรเเละต่อโครงการ <br />
การประเมินผลในครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยได้คัดเลือกกลุ่มประชากรตัวอย่างจากสามอำเภอ คืออำเภอเมือง อำเภอละงู อำเภอควนโดน โดยเลือกจากกรรมการอิสลามประจำมัสยิด 67 ราย จากเขตเมือง 27 ราย เขตชนบท 40 ราย เป็นสัปบุรุษที่ได้รับคำเเนะนำจากคณะกรรมการอิสลาม จำนวน108 ราย จากเขตเมือง 55 ราย เขตชนบท 53 ราย เป็นสัปบุรุษที่ไม่ได้รับคำเเนะนำจากคณะกรรมการอิสลาม จำนวน 112 ราย จากเขตเมือง 54 ราย เเละเขตชนบท 58 ราย ทั้งกรรมการอิสลามประจำมัสยิด และสัปบุรุษที่เป็นประชากรเป้าหมายเหล่านั้นต้องมีครอบครัวเเละบุตรเเล้วอย่างน้อย 1 คน ผู้วิจัยได้วิเคราะห์โยใชโปรเเกรม SPSS/PC และเสนอผลวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลดังนี้<br />
1. ความถี่เพื่อเเจกเเจงข้อมูลของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง<br />
2. ค่าร้อยละ<br />
3. ค่าเฉลี่ย ใช้ในการวัดความรู้ความเข้าใจเเละการนำไปใช้<br />
สำหรับผลการประเมินโครงการอาจสรุปได้ดังนี้<br />
ก. ความรู้เกี่ยวกับสาธารณสุขหลังจากที่ได้ให้การอบรมหรือคำเเนะนำสรุปได้ดังนี้<br />
1. ความรู้ความเข้าใจของกรรมการอิสลาม โดยเลี่ยเท่ากับ 82.38%<br />
2. ความรู้ความเข้าใจของสัปบุรุษที่ได้รับคำเเนะนำจากกรรมการอิสลาม โดยเฉลี่ยมีค่าเท่ากับ69.94%<br />
3. สัปบุรุษที่ไม่ได้รับคำเเนะนำจากกกรมการอิสลาม โดยเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 63.18%<br />
จากข้อมูลดังกล่าวเป็นการเเสดงให้เห็นว่า สัปบุรุษที่ได้รับคำเเนะนำจากกรรมการอิสลามมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องสาธารณสุขมากกว่าสัปบุรุษที่ไม่ได้รับคำเเนะนำจากกรรมการอิสลามจึงเห็นว่าโครงการนี้น่าที่จะดำเนินการในจังหวัดอื่นๆ ในจังหวัดชายเเดนใต้ให้ครบทั้งห้าจังหวัด<br />
ข. สำหรับการนำความรู้ไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันสรุปได้ดังนี้<br />
1. ก่อนอบรม ของกรรมการอิสลามที่นำความรู้ไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันเท่ากับ 44.33%<br />
2. หลังอบรมค่าเฉลี่ยของกรรมการอิสลามที่นำความรู้ไปใช้เท่ากับ 65.53%<br />
3. ก่อนได้รับคำเเนะนำค่าเฉลี่ยของสัปบุรุษที่นำความรู้ไปใช้เท่ากับ 50.53%<br />
4. หลังได้รับคำเเนะนำ ค่าเฉลี่ยของสัปบุรุษที่นำความรู้ไปใช้เท่ากับ 71.68%<br />
จะเห็นได้ว่าหลังจากที่ได้รับการอบรมคำเเนะนำให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับสาธารณสุขเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตเเล้ว ทั้งกรรมการอิสลามเเละสัปบุรุษที่ได้นำความรู้ที่ได้ไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันเพิ่มขึ้น เป็นการชี้ให้เห็นว่า โครงการนี้ได้ทำให้กรรมการอิสลามเเละสัปบุรุษดังกล่าวได้พัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตขึ้นอีก<br />
ค. การประเมินทัศนคติ<br />
สำหรับกรรมการอิสลามทั้งในเมืองเเละในชนบท ส่วนใหญ่มีทัศนคติในระดับที่ดีเยี่ยม เเละระดับที่ดีมากต่อโครงการเเละวิทยากร ส่วนสัปบุรุษในเมืองส่วนใหญ่มีทัศนคติในระดับที่ดีเยี่ยมต่อโครงการเเละกรรมการอิสลาม ขณะที่สัปบุรุษในชนบทส่วนใหญ่มีทัศนคติในระดับที่ดีมากต่อโครงการเเละกรรมการอิสลามดังจะเหนได้ตามตารางดังนี้<br />
จะเห็นได้ว่าทั้งกรรมการอิสลามเเละสัปบุรุษส่วนใหญ่มีทํสนคติที่ดีต่อโครงการเเต่อวิทยากรของโครงการจึงอาจสรุปได้ว่าโครงการนี้เป็นโครงกาที่ประสบความสำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์โครงการหนึ่งควรที่จะได้รับการสนับสนุนให้ขยายโอกาสในจังหวัดอื่นๆ ในจังหวัดชายเเดนต่อไป
The objectives of this research is to evaluate the members of the Islamic Committee of the Masjid (Mosque) and the population who live near the Masjid (Sabburus) about their knowledge, understanding and practice on the public health, and the researcher also evaluates their attitude toward the Seminar Project and the public health officers. <br />
In this evaluation, the researcher selects the population from three districts : Muang District, La-ngu and Kuandone District, by eslecting 67 cases from member of the Islamic Commttee of the masjid, 27 cases from the urban area, 40 case from tth rural area. The researcher also selects 108 sabburuses who were advised by the members of Islamic committee of the Masjid (55 case from the urban area and 53 cases from the rural area) and 112 sabburuses who were not advised (54 case from the urban area and 58 from the rural area). All the population who were selected must have a child at least.<br />
The researcher analyses the data by using the computer, SPSS/PC+ program and report, the result of the analysis as follow:<br />

The researcher can conclude as follow :<br />
A) knowledge of the members of the Ialamic Committee of the masjid and sabburuses who were advised. <br />
1. Mean (x) of knowledge of the members of the Islamic Committee of the masjid=82.38%<br />
2. Mean (x) of knowledge of sabburuses who were advised=69.94%<br />
3. Mean (x) of knowledge of sabburuses who were advised=63.18%<br />
Those data indicate that Sabburuses who were advised know about public health more than Sabburuses who were advised.<br />
B) The practice about public health in daily life.<br />
1. Before advising, Mean (x) of the members of the Islamic Committee in daily life=44.33%<br />
2. After advising, Mean (x) of the practice of the members of the Islamic Committee in dailt life=65.63%<br />
3.Before they were advised, Mean (x) of the practice of subburuses=50.53%<br />
4. After they were advised, Mean (x) of the practice of subburuses=71.68%<br />
The data above indicate that, after they were advised about public health, the members of the Islamic Committee of the masjid and sabburuses increase their knowledge about public health and develop their practice in daily life.<br />
C) The level of the attitude of the members of the Islamic Committee of the masjid and sabburuses toward the Seminar Project and the public health officers who advised them as table <br />
The above data show that most of the members of the Islamic Committee of the masjid and sabburuses have the attitude at the bast and better level. Consequently, The researcher con conclude that this project is successful. The government should support by expending to the otherfour provinces of the southern border provinces of Thailand. |
