The objectives of this research are 1) to study the level of mosque administration by mosque council members in four southern borber provinces. 2) to compare the level of mosque administration in each aspect by their socio-demographic characteristics. 3) to compare the level of mosque administration in each aspect by the attitude of mosque council members. 5) to compare the level of mosque administration in each aspect by their motivation to be the mosque council member. 6) to study the relationship between the level of mosque administration in each aspect and the attitude of mosque council members. 7) to study the relationship between the level of mosque administration in each aspect and their motivation to be a mosque administration. <br /> Research selected the populationfrom four southern border provinces ; namely Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat and Satun. Data were obtained from 384 mosque council member, 192 respondents from Imams, Khatibs, Bilals and 192 respondent from mosque council members. The instrument of this study was the questionnaire divided into two parts, part one was the questionnaire to ask the personal demographic characteristics, mosque' data, their attitude and their motivation to be mosque council member, part to was the questionnaire to ask the mosque administration and problem and suggested solution regarding mosque adminitration. <br /> Researchers have analyzed data and presented the analytical results with tables shown in the from of frequency, mean, percentage, t-test. F-test and difference test by Scheffe's test.<br /> The result of the research are as follows:-<br /> 1. The administration of the mosque by mosque council members in four southern brder provinces mostly in moderate level.<br /> 2. Mosque council members who had in age different level of mosque administration in office administration at 0.01 level of significance. But interms of meeting, monitoring, documentary admistration, mosque properties adminitration, library administration, cooperating to the government organization, Friday sermon (Khutbah), office administration and response letter have no different.<br /> 3. Mosque council members who had different in level of religious education had different level of mosque administration in cooperating to the government organization and Friday sermon (khutbah) at 0.01 and 0.05 level of significance respectively. But interms of meeting, monitoring, documentary administration, mosque properties administration, library administration and response letter have no different. <br /> 4. Mosque council members who had different in level of aeademic education had different level of mosque administration in library administration at 0.05 level of significance. But interms of meeting, monitoring, documentary administration, mosque properties administration, cooperating to the government organization, Friday sermon (khutbah), office administration and response letter have no different.<br /> 5. Mosque council members who had different of position had no different in level of mosque administration in aspects of meeting, monitoring, documentary administration, mosque properties administration, library administration, cooperating to the government organization, Friday sermon (khutbah), office administration and response letter.<br /> 6. Mosque council members who had different in length of holding position had different level of mosque administration in office administration at 0.05 level of significance. But interms of meeting, monitoring, documentary administration, mosque properties administration, cooperating to the government organization, Friday sermon (khutbah) and response letter have no different.<br /> 7. Mosque council members who had different occupation had level of mosque administration in cooperating to the goernment organization at 0.05 level of significance. But interms of meeting, monitoring, documentary administration, mosque properties administration, library administration Friday sermon (khutbah), office administration and response letter have no different.<br /> 8. Mosque council members who had different income had different level of mosque adminitration in mosque properties administration, library administration, Friday sermon (Khutbah) and response leter at 0.05, 0.01 and 0.05 level of significance respectively. But of meeting, monitoring, documentary administration, cooperating to the government organization and office administration have no different.<br /> 9. Mosque council members who had different in training attainment had different level of mosque administration in meeting, monitoring, documentary administration, mosque properties administration, library administration, library administration, Friday sermon, office administration and response letter at 0.01, 0.001, 0.05, 0.05, 0.05, 0.01 and 0.01 level of significance respectively. But interms of meeting, monitoring and cooperating to the government organization have no different.<br /> 11. Mosque council members who live in different province had different level of mosque administration in meeting, monitoring, documentary administration, mosque properties administration, library administration, cooperating to the government organization, Friday sermon (khutbah), office administration and response letter at 0.001, 0.001, 0.001, 0.001, 0.05, 0.001, 0.001, 0.001, and 0.001 level of significance respectively.<br /> 12. Mosque council members who live in different community had different level of mosque administration in mosque properties administration, library administration, Friday sermon (khutbah), office administration and response letter at 0.01, 0.001, 0.001, 0.01 and 0.001 level of significance respetively. But interms of meeting, monitoring, documentary administration, cooperating to the government organization, have no different.<br /> 13. Mosque council members who live in community which different size of mosque had different level of mosque administration in meeting, mosque properties administration, library administration and response letter at 0.05, 0.001, 0.05 and 0.001 level of significance respetively. But interms of meeting, monitoring, documentary administration, cooperating to the government organization, Friday sermon (khutbah) and office administration have no different.<br /> 14. Mosque council members who had different attitude had different level of mosque administration in meeting, monitoring, documentary administration, mosque properties administration, library administration and office administration at 0.001, 0.05, 0.001, 0.01, and 0.05 level of significance respectively. But interms of cooperating to the government organization, Friday sermons (khutbah) and response letter have no different. <br /> 15. Mosque council members who had different motivation had different level of mosque adminitration in meeting, monitoring, documentary administration, Friday sermons (khutbah) and office administration and response letter at 0.001, 0.001, 0.001, 0.01, 0.001 and 0.001 level of significance respetively. But interms of library administration, cooperating to the government organization and reply letter writting have no different.<br /> 16. Attitude of mosque council members and level of mosque administration in aspects of meeting, monitoring, documentary administration and mosque properties administration were significance relationship at 0.001, 0.01 and 0.5 level of significance respectively.<br /> 17. Motivation of mosque council members and level of mosque administration in aspects of meeting, monitoring, documentary administration, mosque properties, administration, Friday sermons (khutbah), office administration and response letter were significance relationship at 0.001, 0.001, 0.01, 0.001, 0.05 and 0.05 level of significance respectively.
