บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
การวิจัยนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการดำเนินงานกิจการนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม จังหวัดปัตตานี 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรที่มีต่อการดำเนินงานกิจการนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม<br />
จังหวัดปัตตานี จำแนกตาม เพศ ตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ และขนาดของโรงเรียน 3) ประมวลแนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานกิจการนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม จังหวัดปัตตานี เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากประชากรที่เป็นผู้แทนจากโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม จังหวัดปัตตานี ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 40 โรง จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 120 คนและหัวหน้าฝ่ายกิจการนักเรียน จำนวน 40 คน และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คนวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าความถี่ และค่าร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการดำเนินงานกิจการนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกขนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม จังหวัด<br />
ปัตตานี ในภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานกิจการนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม จังหวัดปัตตานี จำแนกตามเพศ ตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ และขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวม พบว่า แตกต่างกัน 3) ข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางการดำเนินงานกิจการนักเรียนในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม จังหวัดปัตตานี 1) ด้านกิจกรรมนักเรียน โรงเรียนควรมีการจัดกิจกรรมประเพณีสำคัญใน<br />
ท้องถิ่น และกิจกรรมอยู่ค่ายพักแรมมากขึ้น 2) ด้านการบริการสวัสดิการนักเรียน โรงเรียนควรมีการจัดประกันตะกาฟุลชีวิตหมู่แก่นักเรียน 3) ด้านการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมและการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ โรงเรียนควรมีการจัดกิจกรรมกายบริหารหน้าเสาธง 4) ด้านการแนะแนว โรงเรียนควรมี<br />
การจัดกิจกรรมแนะแนวรายสัปดาห์ และมีการจัดหางานพิเศษให้นักเรียนทำเพื่อหารายได้<br />
This research is a survey research which aims to 1) study the level of student affairs operations in Islamic private schools, Pattani Province 2) compare the opinions of personnel towards student affairs operations in Islamic private schools, Pattani Province, based on gender, position, experience and school size 3) to compile guidelines for the development of student affairs operations in Islamic private schools, Pattani Province. The data was collected by questionnaires from the populations who<br />
were representatives of 40 Islamic private schools, Pattani Province, academic year 2018. The populations were classified into 120 school administrators and 40 heads of student affairs. Interview was conducted on 5 experts. Data was analyzed by using frequency and percentage values. The research finding as below; 1) The level of student affairs operations in Islamic private schools, Pattani Province was high in both overall level and each dimensional level. 2) Comparison of student affairs operations in Islamic private schools, Pattani Province, based on gender, position, experience and size were found to be different.<br />
3) Suggestions and guidelines for student affairs in Islamic private schools, Pattani Province were as follows; 1) On student activities, the schools should organize more local tradition activities and camping activities 2) On student welfare services,<br />
the schools should provide Takaful life insurance for students. 3) On moral and ethical promotion and personality development, the schools should conduct physical activities at time of assembly for flag raising in the morning. 4) On guidance, the schools should have weekly guidance activities and provide a special job for students to earn money.<br />
