การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการดำเนินงานพัฒนานักเรียนของเครือข่ายโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในโครงการตามพระราชดำริสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯสยามบรมราชกุมารี 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานพัฒนานักเรียนของเครือข่ายโรงเรียนเอกชน<br />
สอนศาสนาอิสลามในโครงการตามพระราชดำริสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารีและ 3) เพื่อประมวลข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการดำเนินงานพัฒนานักเรียนของเครือข่ายโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในโครงการตามพระราชดำริสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี<br />
ประชากรที่ใช้ คือ 1) สถานศึกษาที่เป็นเครือข่ายโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในโครงการตามพระราชดำริสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี จำนวน 13 โรง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร จำนวน 78 คน และครู จำนวน 195 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูล<br />
จำนวน 273 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป โดยใช้สถิติ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าการทดสอบที (t-test) และค่าการทดสอบเอฟ (F-test) รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบเชิงซ้อน (Multiple Comparison) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บริหารและครูของเครือข่ายโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในโครงการตามพระราชดำริสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี มีความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินงานพัฒนานักเรียนของเครือข่ายโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในโครงการตามพระราชดำริสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาการ มีระดับความคิดเห็นมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ<br />
ด้านอาชีพ ด้านการอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมและภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านโภชนาการและสุขภาพอนามัย ด้านการเพิ่มโอกาสทางการศึกษามีระดับความคิดเห็นน้อยที่สุดตามลำดับ ส่วนผลการเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานพัฒนานักเรียนของเครือข่ายโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในโครงการตามพระราชดำริสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯสยามบรมราชกุมารี ที่มีความแตกต่างกันทางด้านตำแหน่ง พบว่าไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน ส่วนผู้บริหารและครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกันและที่ตั้งของโรงเรียนต่างกัน ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน พบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนแนวทางการดำเนินงานพัฒนานักเรียนของเครือข่ายโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม ในโครงการตามพระราชดำริสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารควร<br />
วางตัวผู้รับผิดชอบดำเนินงานให้เหมาะสมกับความรู้ความสามารถมีใจรัก ตลอดจนผู้บริหารโรงเรียนต้องให้แรงจูงใจเช่นการชมเชยหรือสร้างขวัญกำลังใจให้ครูผู้ปฏิบัติงานได้รู้สึกว่าผู้บริหารโรงเรียนอยู่เคียงข้างครูผู้ปฏิบัติงาน<br />
The purposes of this research were 1) to examine levels of the progress of the developments of students of the islamic private schools under the project of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, 2) to compare states of implementation of the progress of the developments of students of the islamic private schools under the project of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn and 3) to propose guidelines for the implementation of the progress of the developments of students of the Islamic private schools under the project of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. The target population were 13 schools of the islamic private schools under the project of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. The sample informants of this study consisted of 78 school administrators and 195 teachers, totaling 273 informants. The data was collected by using questionnaires and interviews. The descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test and Multiple Comparison were used to analyze the collected data. The research findings show that the overall and each examine levels of the progress of the developments of students of the islamic private schools under the project of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn were high. The mean scores of each dimension from high to low level as follows; academic learning, career, conservation of culture and local wisdom, conservation of natural resources and environment, nutrition and health, increasing educational opportunities. The comparative study of the progress of the developments of students of the islamic private schools under the project of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn based on their positions showed that there were no significant different for overall and each dimension. However, it was found different level of the progress of the developments of students of the Islamic private schools under the project of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn base on their school size and location with statistically significant difference at .05. On the problems of the progress of the developments of students of the Islamic private schools under the project of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, the results of the study showed that the lack of continuity and application integration of structure as follows; nutrition and health, increasing educational opportunities, academic learning, career, conservation of natural resources and environment, conservation of culture and local wisdom.
