บทคัดย่อ/Abstract |
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ทางอาชีพของเกษตรกรชาวสวน<br />
ยางระหว่างปีที่ผ่านมา พ.ศ. 2551 - 2560 ในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาการ<br />
ปรับตัวของเกษตรกรในการบริหารจัดการอาชีพชาวสวนยางในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้<br />
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สถานการณ์ทางอาชีพของเกษตรกรชาวสวนยางพาราระหว่างปีที่ผ่านมา พ.ศ.<br />
2551 - 2560 ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการวางแผน วางแผนการปลูกเป็นพืชเชิงเดี่ยวจาก<br />
ความต้องการยางพาราเพิ่มขึ้นและการวางแผนปลูกพืชแซมในสวนยางพารา 2) ด้านการปฏิบัติตาม<br />
แผน มีการปลูกยางพารามากขึ้น แต่เมื่อราคาลดลงการปลูกเริ่มลดลง 3) ด้านการตรวจสอบ พื้นที่<br />
ปลูกยางพาราเริ่มลดน้อยลง มีการโค่นยางพาราและมีความใส่ใจดูแลสวนยางพาราให้มีคุณภาพมาก<br />
ขึ้น และ4) ด้านการปรับปรุงแก้ไข การใช้พื้นที่ว่างให้เกิดประโยชน์และปลูกพืชชนิดอื่น อีกทั้งเงื่อนไข<br />
ผลกระทบในปัจจุบันของอาชีพเกษตรกรชาวสวนยางพารา ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณพบว่า ระดับความ<br />
คิดเห็นของสมาชิกสหกรณ์กองทุนสวนยางพาราโดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับน้อย (?("X" )= 2.78) ได้แก่<br />
ความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ ความคิดเห็นทางด้านเทคโนโลยี (?("X" )= 2.78) ส่วนความคิด<br />
เห็นอยู่ในระดับน้อย ได้แก่ ความคิดเห็นทางด้านสังคม ?("X" )= 2.59) ความคิดเห็นทางด้านการเมือง<br />
(?("X" )= 2.53) และความคิดเห็นทางด้านการเศรษฐกิจ (?("X" )= 2.49) ตามลำดับ ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพพบว่า<br />
1) ด้านการเมือง ผลมาจากนโยบายที่เปลี่ยนไปของรัฐบาลและความเสียเปรียบในเรื่องศักยภาพ<br />
2) ด้านเศรษฐกิจ มีความเปลี่ยนแปลงไปและพยายามลดพื้นที่ในการปลูก 3) ด้านสังคม ผลกระทบ<br />
จากเศรษฐกิจทำให้เกิดปัญหากระทบด้านคุณภาพชีวิตและแรงงานเริ่มลดลง และ4) ด้านเทคโนโลยี<br />
ใช้เทคโนโลยีในระบบการผลิตแบบดั้งเดิม และผลการศึกษาการปรับตัวของเกษตรกรในการบริหาร<br />
จัดการอาชีพชาวสวนยาง ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการตลาด ต้องมีการเรียนรู้หลักการ<br />
ตลาดเพิ่มขึ้น 2) ด้านการลดต้นทุน ลดต้นทุนการผลิต ลดต้นทุนแรงงานและการปลูกพืชแซม 3) ด้าน<br />
การมีอาชีพเสริม ให้ความสำคัญและสนใจในการปลูกพืชแซม และทำประมงเลี้ยงสัตว์ และ4) ด้าน<br />
การเปลี่ยนแปลง เกษตรกรมีเพียงบางส่วนที่ปรับเปลี่ยนอาชีพ แต่มีบางส่วนที่ยังคงประกอบอาชีพ<br />
เดิม<br />
The objectives of this research were 1) to analyze the professional situation<br />
of rubber farmers during the past year 2008 - 2017 in three southern border<br />
provinces and 2) to study the adaptation of farmers in career management of rubber<br />
farmers in three southern border provinces. The research found that The professional<br />
situation of rubber farmers during the past year 2008 - 2017 consists of 4 aspects,<br />
namely ; 1) Planning, Plan to grow as a monoculture from increased rubber demand<br />
and planning multiple cropping in the rubber plantation 2) Compliance with the<br />
plan, there was more rubber plantation, but when the price decreases, planting<br />
begins to decrease. 3) inspection, the rubber plantation area began to decrease,<br />
cutting down rubber and care for more quality of the rubber plantation. and 4)<br />
Improvements, use of space to benefit and grow other plants, also current impact<br />
conditions of rubber farmers occupation. Quantitative data showed that overall<br />
opinion level of rubber fund cooperatives at a low level (?("X" )= 2.78), opinions at a<br />
moderate level, that was opinions on technology (?("X" )= 2.78), while the opinions at a<br />
low level, that was social opinions (?("X" )= 2.59), political opinions (?("X" )= 2.53), and <br />
economic opinions (?("X" )= 2.49) respectively. Qualitative data showed that 1) the<br />
political aspect, the result of the government change policy and the disadvantage in<br />
potential 2) the economy aspect, has changed and tried to reduce the area of<br />
planting 3) the social aspect, the impact of the economy has caused problems<br />
affecting the quality of life and labor began to decline and 4) technology aspect, use<br />
technology in traditional production systems. And the results of the study, the<br />
farmers adaptation in career management of rubber farmers consists of 4 aspects:<br />
namely; 1) Marketing, required to learn more about marketing principles. 2) Cost<br />
reduction, Reduce production costs, Reduce labor costs and intercropping. 3)<br />
Occupational supplementation, give importance and interest in intercropping, fishing<br />
and ranch, and 4) changes aspect, only some farmers changed their careers, but<br />
there were some that still continue to do the same profession.<br />
